(Laubenstein) Webb and a son of the late John M. and Eileen L. (Carpenter) Webb. Father of Robert J. Webb, Jr. and Alicia L. Webb; brother of James E. Webb, Joseph R. Webb and the late John M. Webb; step father of Tami, Derek and Brett; step grandfather of Dylan, Sean, Isaiah, Naomi, Caleb and Owen; step great grandfather of Oliver.
