Richard J. Turner Obituary

Richard J. Turner, 65, of Hartford Ave., passed away December 22, 2016, at home. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Ronald T. Turner, Sr. and Gertrude (Levesque) Turner. Richard was a graduate of St. Michael Grammar School, Providence; Bishop Hendricken High School, Warwick; and New England Tech. He was a life member of the Smithfield Sportsman's Club. He was formerly employed as a Design Engineering Technician for Texas Instruments. He is survived by two nephews, Michael A. Turner and Thomas "TJ" Turner. He was the brother of the late Ronald T. Turner, Jr.

A service will be held Monday, January 16, 2017 at 12 noon, in St. Ann Cemetery Chapel, Cranston St., Cranston. Friends may meet at the entrance of the cemetery at 11:45 am.
