Richard H. Landry Obituary

Richard H. Landry, 84, a retired special education school teacher for the Providence School Dept., passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at the Kent Hospital in Warwick. He was the husband of the late Dorothy R. (Mulvey) Landry. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Wilfred J. and Alice M. (Vachon) Landry. Richard was the beloved father of Richard A. Landry, Philip E. Landry, and the late Steven R. Landry and Michelle A. Breslin; loving grandfather of Sara, Ashley, Lucas, and Melissa. He was the brother of the late Raymond Landry and Lillian Migneault. Mr. Landry served his country in the U.S. Army.

His funeral service will be held Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 10 AM in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial with military honors will be in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery. Visiting hours, Friday 4-8 PM.
