Norma J. Lamond Obituary

Norma J. Lamond (Givens), 86, formerly of Attleboro, passed away peacefully, Saturday, May 9, 2015. She was the wife of the late Donald E. Lamond.
Born in Attleboro, MA, she was a daughter of the late Earle G. and Eva W. (Hunt) Givens.
Mrs. Lamond was a graduate of Attleboro High School where she played basketball and was a cheerleader. She attended the Chamberlain School of Design in Boston.
She enjoyed travelling and shopping. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and loved supporting them at all of their school and sports activities.
She leaves five children, Cheryl Gemme of Warwick, Daniel Lamond of Cumberland, Susan Pouliot of Attleboro, MA, David Lamond of Attleboro, MA and Gary Lamond of North Kingstown; thirteen grandchildren, Daniel, Douglas, Michelle, Katie, Kerry, Kenneth, Jeffrey, Domenic, Jesse, Sara, Kevin, Robinson and Tucker; three great-grandchildren, AJ, Mallory , Everett and two on the way. She was the mother of the late Patricia Breese; and sister of the late Shirley Givens.
Visiting hours will be held Monday, May 18, 2015 from 9-11am followed by a memorial service at 11am in the FAGAN-QUINN Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904 will be appreciated.
