Michael A. Meyers, Jr. Obituary

Michael A. Meyers, Jr., 22, passed away December 25, 2015 at home. Born in Warwick, he was the loving son of Michael A., Sr. and Maryann A. (Oshepsky) Meyers; grandson of Carl and Elaine (Cunningham) Meyers, Shirley (Conover) Oshepsky and the late Stanley Oshepsky. Michael was the brother of Frank W. and Chris M. Eldridge, Anthony R., Danielle N. and Joseph D. Meyers. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins. Michael began wrestling at Warwick PAL and KT Kidz. He continued his successful career at Warwick Veterans Memorial High School, Class of 2011, and William Penn University, Iowa. Michael's accomplishments include four consecutive RI State wrestling titles and three New England wrestling titles, which earned him All-American wrestling status, and membership in the NE Wrestling Hall of Fame.

His funeral service will be held Thursday, December 31, 2015 at 10 AM in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. Burial in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick. Visiting hours, Wednesday, 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Michael A.
