Lori A. (Narkievich) LaChapelle, 55, of Armstrong Avenue, Warwick passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 at her home. She was the wife of Keith LaChapelle. She was born in Cranston, Rhode Island, the daughter of Frank and Anne (Viveiros) Narkievich of West Warwick.
Lori was a fan of Rod Stewart, and his song "Forever Young" is one she always enjoyed playing. The song's lyrics speak to the way we will all remember her: "May the good Lord be with you down every road you roam. And may sunshine and happiness surround you when you're far from home. And may you grow to be proud, dignified and true. And do unto others as you'd have done to you. Be courageous and be brave. And in my heart you'll always stay, forever young, forever Young."
Lori can easily be described as big-hearted, charitable, compassionate and caring. She treated all people fairly, with a smile. She enjoyed being a home maker, it made her very proud. Lori passionately loved animals especially her beloved Sam, a Rhodesian Ridgeback dog.
Besides her husband and parents, she leaves two daughters, Sara Dalton of West Warwick, Holly Dalton of Warwick and her brother Glenn Narkievich and wife, Rebecca of Exeter.
Her funeral and burial will be private.
