Obituary

Joshua “Josh” J. Rundlett, 40, of South Kingstown, passed away on July fourth. Born in South Kingstown, he was a son of Kathleen A. (Fagnant) Hadden (husband, Mark) and Jeffrey D. Rundlett (wife, Jeanne), and a grandson of Ernest J Fagnant and the late Dolores Fagnant, Edgar Rundlett and June Rundlett.

He was the brother of Sarah J. Dussault (husband, Brian), Nathaniel J. Rundlett (partner, Tonia), and James C. Rundlett; and uncle of Noah and Julia Dussault. Josh is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins, and beloved friends.

Josh was a graduate of South Kingstown High School and CCRI and worked in the restaurant industry for many years, most notably as a Captain at Spain of Narragansett. Among his many interests, Josh loved the outdoors, particularly walks in the woods to hunt for edible mushrooms. He was also creative and treasured his time spent jamming with his friends on both drums and guitar. Possibly his favorite of all was grinding some curb at different skateboard parks from South Kingstown to San Diego. His other interests included snowboarding, fishing, reading, and many forms of artistic expression.
