Gloria M. Oliver Obituary

Gloria M. Oliver (Mathias), 96, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2019 at the West Shore Health Center in Warwick surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Frederick L. Oliver. Born in Cranston, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Marion (Blanchard) Mathias. Gloria was the loving mother of Donna M. Larrivee (Eric), Gloria M. Oliver, and the late Deborah M. McWeeney, and Anthony F. Oliver; loving grandmother of Dawn, Dianna, Jennifer, Toni, Katie, and Tony. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, and a great-great-granddaughter. She was the grandmother of the late Eric D. Larrivee, and great-grandmother of the late Stephen J. Larrivee. She was the sister of the late Norman Mathias, Sam Mathias, and Jette Oliver.

Her funeral will be held Friday, October 11, 2019 at 9 AM from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Rita Church, Oakland Beach Ave., Warwick. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Coventry. Visiting hours Thursday, 4-7PM.
