Eveline A. Spirito Obituary

Eveline A. “Lynn” Spirito (Fargnoli), 69, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2020 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of David C. Spirito for 49 years. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Gentile and Matilda (Gergora) Fargnoli. Lynn was the loving mother of Michael D. Spirito (April) and Maria L. Tartarian (Jerry); loving grandmother of Michael, Makenzie, Leah, and Bradley; sister of Joseph Fargnoli (Rose), Georgette Donnelly (William), Jo-Ann Proppe (Thomas) and Maria Krecidlo (George). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Lynn was a day care mom for 24 years and a executive assistant at RI Hospital Guild. She was a woman of strong faith who also led many bible studies. Lynn loved to love on people with her hospitality and love of cooking. Lynn left a legacy of baking Nonna Maria's Italian cookies, which is being past down to her daughter Maria and granddaughters, Makenzie and Leah.

Relatives and friends are invited to a funeral service Friday, July 3, 2020 at 10:30 am in the Cranston Christian Fellowship Church, 1114 Scituate Avenue, Cranston. Private burial will be in the RI Veterans’ Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours, Thursday July 2, 2020 from 4-8 pm in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Face masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
