Charles A. Miller, 76, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2020 at Roger Williams Hospital, Providence. Born in Providence, he is a son of the late Charles A. and Viola (Numberg) Miller. Mr. Miller was a self-employed painter for many years before retiring. He is the father of Charles Miller, Theresa Bailey and Cheryl Harrington. Former husband of Mary (Procaccini) Miller; 3 brothers; 2 sisters; and 7 grandchildren.
